Reception -Customer Service
Scenework is a unique design/build company in the performance/entertainment industry. We are currently seeking to fill an opening in reception/customer service.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Telephone and in-person reception, responding to customer enquiries, filling customer orders for expendable supplies or rentals, follow up on customer special orders through completion, opening mail, shipping and receiving, set up of client job files, updating and maintenance of customer database, co-ordination of preparation of corporate product guide, departmental support as required, office support to personnel while off-site.
- Knowledge of dimming, control, power distribution, lighting instruments, accessories, expendables, grip and rigging equipment is essential.
- High level of proficiency in Windows XP, Outlook, Excel and Word is required and able to work in computer network environment.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task. A tenacious self-starter able to work with minimal supervision will succeed in this fast paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong follow up capabilities. Strong organizational and filing abilities required.
